Statement of QualitySANY is dedicated to providing SUPERIOR quality in all of our services areas. SANY’s employees maintain the quality standards established in the Telecordia reference, the GR-1275-CORE.
SANY provides quality throughout the progression of a project. The Installers verify their work at every task. The Crew Leader is responsible for assessing the quality of a project using processes, procedures and documentation established by SANY’s quality team. At the mid-point and end of each project, a quality audit is performed by a SANY Quality Audit. If defects are found, corrections are made prior to turning the project over to the customer for sign-off.
SANY ensures quality by hiring skilled Installers and providing proper tooling, equipment and testing documentation. Tools calibration is performed on a regular basis and is documented. Installers are assessed, through testing and on the job evaluation to determine their respective skill levels. Installers are provided with certification courses (i.e. AT&T Supplier Awareness, BNC, LLC, etc.), installation standards, SANY quality processes and procedures, and other practices. SANY Crew Leaders are equipped with laptops and printers to ensure efficient communication between the Customer and the home office.
